How far do you deliver?

All our home delivers are prepared and sent direct from our commercial kitchen based in Sydney. We deliver within Sydney only. You can check if we deliver to your requested suburb here.

For delivery outside of this area, including delivery to Central Coast, Newcastle, East Maitland and Lake Macquarie please contact us at info@frankyandco.com.au

 

Can I select my delivery date?

Before checkout you can select your preferred delivery date. If a date is not available to select on the calendar that means we can not take any more orders for that day because we have reached our maximum capacity.

 

We are unable to arrange deliveries for specific times.

 

Do you deliver same day?

No, as all our home delivers are made to order and sent direct from our commercial kitchen based in Sydney we do not offer same day delivery.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

All our home deliveries are made to order and sent straight from our commercial kitchen. We need to be notified before 12 noon  the day before your delivery if you wish to cancel or change your order. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

 

What if the Delivery Address is incorrect?

Please take care to provide accurate delivery details.

If you have entered an address incorectky or need to change to an alternate address we can update the delivery address provided we are contacted before 12noon the day before delivery. We can be contacted via email -  info@frankyandco.com.au

 

What if they aren’t home?

If the recipient is not home we will call the number of the recipient that you have provided us to know the best place to leave the box, so please add the recipients correct phone number.

Our drivers are on a tight schedule so they won’t be able to wait for more than 5 minutes, if we can’t get through to anybody, the driver will need to leave the box in the safest/best spot.

 

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel just let us know by 12noon the day prior to the delivery date and we will be happy to reschedule, refund or provide credit towards your next order. For orders of 30 donuts or more we will need 48 hours notice.

 

Please note that any refund will be processed back to the card that the order was placed with.

 

Do you include invoices with deliveries?

We do not include an invoice or any paperwork with donuts when we deliver. We understand that our products are quite often sent as gifts and as such the Tax Invoice and confirmation will be emailed to the person placing the order only.

 

Donut Allergens/Dietary Requirements

Our donuts contain the following:

Contains: Gluten, Dairy, Soy & Egg and Nuts.

 

Are your donuts Vegan or Gluten Free?

No, unfortunately our donuts are not Vegan or Gluten Free.

 

Do your donuts contain Dairy?

Yes

 

Do your donuts contain Egg?

Yes

 

Do your donuts contain Nuts?

We use Nutella, other than Nutella we do not use nuts as an ingredient, however some of our ingredients may contain traces of nuts.

 

Are your donuts Halal?

No, our donuts are not certified halal. We do not use alcohol or gelatine as an ingredient and our donuts are fried in vegetable oil.
